This department deals with planning activities and economic and accounting management of the Municipality. In particular, it provides for:

  • organization of programming tools (budget and statement);
  • management of revenues and expenditures;
  • finding funding;
  • supervision on the activity of offices and services;
  • planning and keeping accountancy, economic and property accounting;
  • management of relations with the Board of Auditors; electricity surtax; tax on advertising and billposting; supervision on the implementation of rates by public services managers (waste, votive lighting, school meals and transport,...);
  • services of mandatory tax revenue collection and debt collection;
  • tax cases management;
  • financial and economic statistics and reports to the Court of Accounts and to other authorities or bodies.

 

OTHER SERVICES

The accounting department also manages the issuance of collection and payment orders, the relations with the Municipal Treasury and other accounting services.

The Municipality entrusted the subsidiary company Cem Ambiente spa, based in Cavenago Brianza, near Cascina Sofia, with the collection of the waste tax.

You can pay by ATM or credit card (CartaSi association: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB), at the counter of SpazioPiù (ground floor of the Town Hall or at Villa Gina in Concesa) for these payments:
administrative charges – technical area, SUAP rates, copy of documents and archival searches, costs of local police proceedings, penalties and fines, home care service and meals on wheels, charges for cemetery services, contractual expenses, replacement of containers for separate waste collection, use of municipal halls, registration for summer camps.
No commission is charged to users.
