Services and functions

This service deals with the management of residential housing allocations, according to the regulations of Lombardy.
The announcement for the submission of requests of housing allocations is every two years and the procedures are shown in a public notice.

Fondo Sostegno Affitti (Affordable Homes Rental Fund)

This service deals with the management of the Fondo Sostegno Affitti funded annually by Lombardy Region, which establishes the entry requirements, the deadlines and criteria for expenditure. Requests may be directly submitted to the relevant municipal office (by appointment), to CAAF offices and seats of authorized tenants unions, together with the following documents:

  • Personal data and tax code of all family members
  • Household income (CUD, 730 form, UNICO)
  • Lease, receipts of payment of fees and charges
  • Any certificates of disability or incapacity
  • Records of current accounts (bank statement)
  • Any financial securities (BOT, CCT, SHARES, BONDS, ETC.)
