This office deals with the following activities:

  • SUPPORT TO INSTITUTIONAL BODIES

In particular, it does secretarial work for the following institutional bodies: the Mayor, the Municipal Board and the Town Council. It also supervises mayoral decrees, resolutions and acts.

  • MANAGEMENT OF MEMORIAL AND INAUGURAL EVENTS

  • MUNICIPAL INFORMER

It deals with information activities, also in collaboration with the press office, especially as regards the municipal bulletin "La città di Trezzo Sull’Adda – Notizie".

  • RESERVATION OF MUNICIPAL FACILITIES

- booking municipal facilities for meetings, conferences etc. (rooms at the Municipal Villa, Società Operaia, Villa Gina, Auditorium of the schools);
- requesting permits for photo shoots at the Castle and at other municipal facilities.

  • GENERAL SECRETARIAT AND ARCHIVES

It deals with:
-  Forwarding paper acts and relations with the local post office;
-  Management of the General book;
-  Management of the current and historical archives;
-  Secretariat activities: recording of ordinances, regulations, etc.

The certified email of the Municipality is available to users: citizens who have their own certified email address may send messages and requests to this address: protocollo@pec.comune.trezzosulladda.mi.it. Only in this case the Record office forwards the email to the relevant Department. Those who have a normal email address can send their emails to: info@comune.trezzosulladda.

  • MESSENGER

- Management of the online notice board as regards the documents to be posted;
- Management of notifications addressed to people residing in the town;
- Transport of documents (passports, deeds, etc.) to the competent supra-municipal authorities;
- Delivery of documents, voting cards, etc. throughout the town.

  • MANAGEMENT OF LITIGATIONS

The Office is responsible for the management of litigations which the Municipality is involved in.

  • CONTRACTS AND LOCAL SUPERINTENDENCY

It deals with:
- procedures for the purchase and sale of goods;
- preparation of deeds relating to public works and town planning conventions;
- procedures for the drawing up of contracts of all municipal services;
- insurance management;
- coordination of porterage services;
- management of fleet of cars;
- management of contracts for consumption (heat, power, water, telephone and computer science);
- management of contracts for cleaning real estate.
