SpazioPiù Villa Gina, via P.B. Calvi, 3, Concesa:

NOTICE: we inform you that, following the beginning of works for the construction of the “Museum of the River“ that will affect all premises on the ground floor of Villa Gina, as from  January 1, 2017 the services of SpazioPiù delivered in Concesa will be provided at the Town Hall - Via Roma n. 5

Services and functions

SpazioPiù workers are able to provide basic information about the services provided by the municipality and/or cultural, sport and social initiatives planned in the town.

For more specific information (papers relating to private building, local police, commerce, etc.) please contact the relevant offices.

The counter carries out the following services:

  • call center: an operator that allows you to contact the different offices;
  • collection and recording of applications, acts and documents addressed to the Municipality: it receives all requests and documentation addressed to municipal offices, acting as a register office for paper documents;
  • basic information about municipal services: it provides information about services and activities of the municipality;
  • issuance of identity documents: it issues identity cards and identity certificates for children, collects documents and delivers passports;
  • personal and electoral certificates: it receives documents relating to immigration and change of address, issues personal and electoral certificates, as well as certificates of marital status;
  • it draws up self-certification affidavits and delivers voter ID cards;
  • it authenticates copies and signatures: it issues the authentication of documents, signatures and photos;
  • issuance of forms: it provides the relevant forms to access municipal services;
  • collection of reports and complaints: it collects the reports and complaints that users want to send to the Municipality;
  • appointments: it fixes meetings and appointments to access the social services, the tax office and the technical department;
  • requests for permits and recharge of cards for car parking;
  • it is responsible for payments by ATM or credit card of all municipal offices;
  • local police counter: you can request the following services: requests for permits for disabled persons and issue of disability placards; accident reports; requests for public land occupation, with payment and issuance of the permit; requests for driveway signs, payment and delivery of the sign; statements of transfer of real estate/declaration of hospitality; requests for suitability of accommodation; receipt and delivery of copies of road accident reports, declaration of atmospheric phenomena and photos/frames; requests, payment and delivery of permits to organize sporting competitions and documentation relating to ordinances; payments of fines; alerts.
