Self-certification forms are available in the online forms section.
Public Administrations and Providers of Public Services may no longer ask citizens for certificates relating to:

  • Date and place of birth
  • Residence
  • Citizenship
  • Enjoyment of civil and political rights
  • Single, married, widowed or unmarried status
  • Family status
  • Certificate of life
  • Birth of a child, death of a spouse, ancestor or descendant
  • Enrollment in associations, in the lists kept by public administrations
  • Membership in professional associations
  • Educational qualifications, exams
  • Professional qualification and other qualifications
  • Income or financial status
  • Payment of taxes with an indication of the amount paid
  • Possession and number of tax codes, VAT numbers and any other details in tax records
  • Unemployment status
  • Pensioners
  • Students
  • Legal representatives of individuals or legal persons, guardians, administrators
  • Membership in social groups or associations
  • All the situations relating to the fulfillment of military obligations, including those certified in the matriculation certificate
  • Not having criminal convictions and not being the recipient of orders concerning the application of preventive, civil and administrative measures registered in the criminal records
  • All the data included in vital records and known by the person concerned
  • Not being into liquidation or bankruptcy and not having applied for composition

These certificates replace traditional certificates and don’t need the authentication of the signature. In case of false statement, the citizen may be reported to the judicial authorities, may undergo a criminal conviction and lose any benefits he got with the self-certification.
